I hereby consent to allow The Kern County Scottish Society to have use of my image in photos for the purpose of creating advertising/promotional materials in all forms of social media, including, but not limited to KCSS website, Facebook, Instagram, Newsletter, etc. KCSS is under no obligation to include my name as credit in connection of publication.           I also waive the right to inspect or approve of my image uses in said advertising.
Further, I release KCSS from any claim that may arise, including claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral right of publication or copyrights.
I understand KCSS will not use/show any questionable or derogratory images.
